Creating Your Shortlist
- Benchmark Calibration : After submitting your criteria via our online form, we'll send you profiles of 3 benchmark candidates. We use your feedback to ensure the candidate matches will meet your expectations.
- Candidate Introduction : Based on your insights, we'll introduce you to 10 candidates within 10 business days.
Flexibility & Changes
- Change your criteria once for free within the initial 10 days. After that, each significant change has a $500 fee, to cover operational costs.
Performance Assurance
- Hire or Free Guarantee™ : While no recruiting service can guarantee a hire, we’re fully committed to your satisfaction. If you don’t hire a candidate from your Shortlist, you’ll receive a Free Shortlist to use anytime in the next year.
Limitation of Liability
- Our responsibility is limited to the fee paid for the Shortlist. We're not liable for the outcomes of hiring decisions. All disputes will be resolved under Illinois law, promoting fairness & transparency. By using our services, you consent to these terms.
